Our Values

TITANIC

The behaviors we encourage, celebrate, and filter for.

1. T

   Team First

When you see someone who needs help, you jump in. We elevate each other's work to the top of the game.

2. I

   Impossible is Nothing

We take on the most ambitious projects and run through any wall, any obstacle.

3. T

   Try to Have Fun

You chose this. Building is its own reward. Don't take yourself too seriously.

4. A

   All Must Work

No spectators allowed. Everyone has skills they can contribute to the community.

5. N

   No Egos

Principled, not rigid. Everyone is a steward of our culture.

6. I

   Invite the Alien

A stranger is a friend we haven't met yet. Some of the best talent comes from new people.

7. C

   Create Peak Experiences

We bring awe to life that people have never seen before.

Remember, you chose this.
